The Confucius Institute U.S. Center is pleased to announce its June 2 – July 1, 2018 nationwide broadcast of ten programs as part of the U.S. – China Global Education Television Series, in partnership with the World Affairs Council – Washington, D.C.

The series features conversations between ten distinguished American private and public sector leaders and the presidents of U.S. universities and cultural organizations that host Confucius Institutes. Each episode highlights the value of global education, people-to-people exchanges, increased cross-cultural understanding, and the learning of world languages in both nations.

The ten, one-hour programs will be broadcast nationwide on Saturdays and Sundays, June 2 through July 1 at 5 PM Eastern time (2 PM PST) on the MHz Worldview Channel, as well as on DirecTV across the U.S., on Cox Communications in the Washington, DC, metro area, and on many American public television stations. In addition, the series will be released simultaneously on the Confucius Institute U.S. Center’s YouTube channel. The program will also be broadcast nationwide in China on China Central Television (CCTV).
