Students From Around Washington Take Part in 12th “Chinese Bridge” Competition for College Students

第十二届“汉语桥”世界大学生中文比赛华盛顿州赛区预赛于5月4日下午在华盛顿大学成功举行。本次比赛由华盛顿州孔子学院举办，共有来自全州5所高校的33名选手参加，并邀请了5位从事汉语教学工作多年经验丰富的中文老师担任评委。赛前有的选手拿着手中的演讲稿默诵演讲辞，神情紧张，有的则静坐在角落听音乐，表现淡定。还有的选手正在和新认识的学中文的朋友热情地进行着交谈，表现轻松。有很多参赛学校的学生也专程来到现场观看比赛，现场气氛十分活跃。 On May 4, the Confucius Institute of the State of Washington organized and successfully conducted the 12th “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Language Competition State at the University of Washington to select the best students from Washington state qualified to compete in regional and international contests.
