Board

The Confucius Institute Board of Directors guides the overall operations of the Confucius Institute of the State of Washington and meets approximately quarterly. The Board is chaired by Dr. Jeffrey Riedinger, Vice Provost for Global Affairs at the University of Washington, who, with Dr. Michele Anciaux Aoki, International Education Administrator for Seattle Public Schools, serves as Co-Director of the Confucius Institute. They are joined by the Directors from China, Zhou Jun from Sichuan University and Wang Wenqiu from the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.
